Founder & Principal

Andy is a strategist, operator, and builder who thrives at the intersection of big ideas and practical execution. With more than 25 years leading digital marketing initiatives for brands like Microsoft, Harley-Davidson, and Miller Brewing Company, Andy has built a career—and a company—on one core belief: marketing should move the business forward.

Andy founded ADNYco in 2015 to solve a problem he saw too often—teams with vision and talent struggling to execute. Since then, he's helped organizations of all sizes cut through complexity, align their teams, and deliver work that gets results. Whether the challenge is untangling a global web project, refining a brand’s digital strategy, or building the systems that keep marketing teams on track, Andy brings both strategic clarity and operational momentum.

He’s known for his calm, confident leadership style, his ability to build trust across stakeholders, and his bias toward action. As one client put it: Andy gets things moving—and keeps them moving.

Under his leadership, ADNYco has evolved from a solo consultancy to a strategic partner for marketing teams across industries, delivering hands-on support where it's needed most.

Dr. Naa Amponsah Dodoo
Vice President, Research

Dr. Dodoo is a strategic advisor and research lead who brings deep expertise in digital media, consumer psychology, and communication strategy. Her academic work focuses on how digital and social media environments influence decision-making and behavior—insight that directly informs ADNYco’s approach to message development, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.

With degrees from the University of Ghana, Marquette University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, Dr. Dodoo blends academic rigor with real-world application. Her research-driven lens helps us ensure that our strategic decisions are not only creative but evidence-based.

As Vice President of Research, she brings intellectual clarity and ethical integrity to everything we do, grounding our work in what actually moves people—and what doesn’t.

Stephanie Sun, PMP
Global Business Lead

Stephanie Sun is a digital marketing and localization expert with over a decade of experience helping global brands deliver high-quality content and campaigns across languages, cultures, and platforms. With a background in international business and project management, she brings rare precision to fast-paced digital environments—guiding work from strategy to execution.

At ADNYco, Stephanie leads global initiatives spanning brand strategy, product development, localization, and creative production. Her approach blends hands-on execution with enterprise-level oversight. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she is known for delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and with exceptional attention to detail.

Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the capacity to communicate in French, Japanese and Spanish, Stephanie brings a global perspective to everything she does—ensuring cultural nuance, operational clarity, and outsized business impact. Outside of work, she’s an amateur actress, home gardener, and lifelong learner.
