Q: So you’re consultants, then?

Not unless consultants have started shipping work instead of binders. We’re operators. We lead from the inside, shoulder-to-shoulder with your team. We don’t just hand you a binder of recommendations — we help you run the plays.

Q: What does a Fractional CMO actually do?

Q: Do you also handle execution?
